"Brandalyn in the office wrote a condo policy for brother who is on disability and sent paperwork showing different deductibles and now won't take responsibility for her error. Never discussed the deductible or coverage with me. Tried to work it out with her. They know it's an E&O claim. They need to take responsibility for her error. It is amazing to me you assume I was offered different options on coverage, when no such thing happened. My brother's total monthly income is just over $1200 a month, so in no way would I have wanted him to have a $2000 deductible. You haven't even spoken with me, only your employee and have the no right to assume I rejected coverage when no such thing happened. Also, you mailed the policy to my brother's house who has no idea about the coverage or deductibles. I didn't receive a copy of the policy if I had I would have known there was an issue, all I received was the corrected dec showing the $500 deductible. So I again ask you to honor the dec page. Also, don't you dare shame me as for bringing up my brother's situation as it has relevance to the situation."

"Becky was great. She went above and beyond helping us. AARP hartford dropped my dad's home insurance after having them for nineteen and a half years. He is eighty two years old and gets a little confused with all the paperwork. She was so patient sitting down with us explaining everything to him. She was able to get him homeowners and auto insurance. And saved him over three hundred dollars a year. With the same coverage even. And even went above and beyond to call the mortgage company to make sure that they got all the information. I would highly recommend them to anyone. "I've been using State Farm with Bob Witt as my agent for quite a while now (I think around 8-10 years). My rates are solid and I havent had to use my insurance a ton but whenever I have had to they have been incredibly responsive. I had a leak in the kitchen that ruined some flooring and they took care of it asap. Also had a roof leak that led to a mold issue and their service on that incident was phenomenal. Whenever I've had questions or concerns about charges or rates Becky, who is awesome BTW, has been so good at walking me through everything and working to find the best ways to save money and still have great coverage.
